f77xx Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "f77xx," "we," "us," "our" — refers to the f77xx platform, its operators, affiliates, licensees, and authorised representatives operating the online gaming services available at f77xx.app.
• "You," "Player," "User" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the f77xx platform or accesses any part of the f77xx website or services.
• "Account" — refers to the individual registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the f77xx registration process.
• "Balance" — refers to the total real-money funds held in a Player's f77xx Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds not yet converted to withdrawable funds through wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) — refers to the identity and age verification process requiring submission of a valid Pakistani CNIC and, where required, proof of payment method and source of funds.
• "Platform" — refers collectively to the f77xx website at f77xx.app, its mobile browser version, and any progressive web application through which f77xx services are accessed.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before any resultant winnings may be converted to withdrawable Balance.

By registering an account on the f77xx platform, accessing any part of the f77xx website, or placing any wager on any f77xx product — including the f77xx Casino, sportsbook, slots, Jackpot Fishing, Lucky Bingo, or any other game category — you confirm and represent that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or proxy for any third party.
• All information you have provided during registration and KYC is accurate, complete, and not misleading.
• You understand and accept that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money wagered on the f77xx platform.

These Terms & Conditions are effective from the date of your account registration and remain in force for the duration of your relationship with f77xx. Your continued use of the f77xx platform following any amendments to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. f77xx recommends that you review these terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the f77xx platform, you must at all times satisfy the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You possess a valid Pakistani CNIC or other government-issued identity document acceptable for KYC purposes.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the f77xx platform or any associated responsible gaming register.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of f77xx or any of its technology or gaming content suppliers.
• You are not located in any jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is expressly prohibited under applicable local law.

f77xx conducts age and identity verification using CNIC data. Players who cannot complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified upon request will have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed. f77xx will not process any withdrawal from an unverified account.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the f77xx platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, CNIC number, device, IP address, or payment method — is a breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering a f77xx account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify f77xx support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change.

f77xx will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, withdrawals requested, and bonuses claimed — will be treated as having been carried out by you and will be your sole responsibility.

f77xx strongly recommends enabling SMS OTP two-factor authentication on your account. This feature is available from the security settings section of your account dashboard after completing the f77xx Login process.

f77xx processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following local payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. f77xx does not accept international card payments, cryptocurrency, or any payment method not explicitly listed as available in the cashier section of your account.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• f77xx does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
• All deposited funds must be your own. f77xx does not accept third-party deposits.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified accounts.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• Standard processing time for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals is 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day.
• f77xx does not charge processing fees on standard local banking withdrawals. Expedited processing requests may be subject to a nominal fee as disclosed in the cashier at the time of request.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not withdrawable and will be deducted from any withdrawal request.

f77xx reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests exceeding certain thresholds, including requesting source of funds documentation in line with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) standards.

f77xx offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and other incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, household, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus across multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• All bonus offers have a stated wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are published on the relevant promotions page and in the f77xx account dashboard.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited. Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will expire at the end of this period if requirements remain unmet.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino, crash games, and fishing games may contribute at a reduced rate. Cricket and sports betting wagers may have specific minimum odds requirements as stated in individual bonus terms.
• f77xx reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a player opting in. Bonuses will not be altered once a player has accepted them.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirement process, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.

All bets and wagers placed on the f77xx platform — whether on the sportsbook (including cricket, PSL, and other sports markets) or on any casino product — are subject to the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. f77xx does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system, except where explicitly provided for under specific game or sport rules.
• f77xx reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was known at the time the bet was placed, where a technical error affected the odds offered, or where the bet was placed in breach of these terms.
• In-play cricket betting markets are governed by the Ball-by-Ball rules published in the sportsbook. Bets placed during dead balls or interruptions are subject to suspension and may be voided at f77xx's discretion.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs). f77xx does not manipulate game outcomes. Published RTP percentages reflect long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session results.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all products and are displayed within each game or market. These limits may be adjusted at f77xx's discretion for individual accounts where unusual betting patterns are detected.
• f77xx is not responsible for technical failures on a player's device or internet connection that result in a bet being placed in error or a session being disconnected. Bets accepted by the f77xx system prior to a disconnection are binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f77xx platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one account on the f77xx platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the f77xx platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the f77xx platform or to place bets.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds pricing, or any other technical vulnerability of the f77xx platform. Any such exploit must be reported to f77xx support immediately. Exploiting a known bug without reporting it will result in account closure and balance forfeiture.
• Systematic bonus abuse, including pattern betting designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk through matched or arbitrage strategies that violate the spirit of the promotional offer.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes where the underlying wager was legitimately settled.
• Sharing account credentials with or allowing access to your f77xx account by any third party.

f77xx employs automated fraud detection systems that monitor betting patterns, deposit and withdrawal behaviour, and login activity. Accounts flagged by these systems may be placed under temporary review pending investigation. f77xx will communicate the outcome of any investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

All content on the f77xx platform — including but not limited to the f77xx brand name and logo, website design, software, game content licensed to f77xx by third-party studios, text, graphics, and data — is the intellectual property of f77xx or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the f77xx platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the f77xx platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any f77xx software.
• Use any f77xx trademark, brand name, or logo without express written permission.
• Create derivative works based on f77xx content.

Any unauthorised use of f77xx intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your account and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

f77xx collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By creating an account on the f77xx platform, you acknowledge and consent to the data processing activities described in the f77xx Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include:

• Collection of registration data including name, CNIC number, date of birth, mobile number, and email address for account management and KYC purposes.
• Processing of transaction data for payment processing, AML compliance, and dispute resolution.
• Collection of gameplay data for game integrity monitoring, responsible gaming purposes, and product improvement.
• Use of cookies and device identifiers for session management, fraud prevention, and platform performance analytics.

f77xx does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to KYC verification partners, licensed payment processors, regulatory authorities as required by applicable law, and game software providers where technically necessary for game delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, f77xx and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a Player's voluntary decision to wager on the f77xx platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the f77xx platform.
• Loss of data, interruption of service, or technical failures beyond f77xx's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorised access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

f77xx's total liability to any individual Player arising from any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of that Player's account balance at the time the cause of action arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

f77xx is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all f77xx account holders directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when set at a lower level and require a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month. Once the limit is reached, no further wagers may be placed until the limit period resets or the limit is adjusted.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a notification to alert you after a specified duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the f77xx platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration of the exclusion period and are processed within 24 hours of request submission.

Termination by You: You may close your f77xx account at any time by submitting a written request to support@f77xx.app. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any unmet wagering requirements on Bonus Funds) will be refunded to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.

Termination by f77xx: f77xx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false information during registration or at any point thereafter.
• A court order or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority directing the closure of the account.
• Prolonged account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant and may be closed at f77xx's discretion following written notice to the registered email address.

Where an account is closed by f77xx due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account — including both real-money and bonus funds — may be forfeited in accordance with the specific breach provisions applicable to the circumstances.

f77xx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting player rights, withdrawal conditions, or bonus terms — f77xx will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the f77xx platform, at least seven (7) days prior to the amended terms taking effect.

For non-material amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substantive meaning of a clause, and updates to reflect changes in law — amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the f77xx platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the f77xx platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

The current version of these Terms & Conditions, along with the effective date, is always available at f77xx.app/terms-conditions. The version published on the website supersedes all prior versions for any event occurring after the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which f77xx holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any conflict between these terms and any applicable local law, the applicable local law will prevail to the extent of the conflict.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. First Contact: In the first instance, any dispute or complaint should be submitted to f77xx customer support at support@f77xx.app with the subject line "Formal Complaint." f77xx will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and aim to resolve the matter within five (5) business days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction within ten (10) business days of first contact, you may request escalation to f77xx's senior compliance team. f77xx will issue a final written response within twenty (20) business days of escalation.
3. External Resolution: Where a dispute remains unresolved following f77xx's final written response, alternative dispute resolution may be sought through the dispute resolution body specified in f77xx's licensing documentation.

Nothing in this dispute resolution clause limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law. All dispute resolution communications should be directed to support@f77xx.app.
